visgate collects minimal data necessary to provide the service.

data we collect

account information (email, name via oauth), usage logs (prompts, models used, latency, cost), and api key metadata. we do not store generated images/videos on our servers beyond caching.

how we use data

to provide and improve the service, display usage analytics in your dashboard, process billing, and respond to support requests.

data security

provider api keys are encrypted using industry-standard encryption. authentication uses firebase auth with oauth providers. all traffic is encrypted via tls.

third parties

we use google cloud platform (hosting, auth), cloudflare (cdn, ddos protection), paddle (payments), and the ai providers you select (fal, replicate, runway).
