by using visgate, you agree to these terms. visgate provides a unified api gateway for vision ai model providers.

usage

you may use visgate for lawful purposes only. you are responsible for all content generated through the service and must comply with the acceptable use policies of underlying providers (fal, replicate, runway).

api keys

you are responsible for keeping your api keys secure. do not share keys publicly or embed them in client-side code without a server proxy.

billing

usage is billed according to the pricing page. we reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

limitation of liability

visgate is provided "as is" without warranties. we are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions or provider outages.
